King's Sausage and their Pretzel Roll. Let me tell you, this dish is like a tango of flavors in your mouth - a dance between the soft, warm pretzel and the savory sausage that'll make your taste buds jitterbug with joy.

This was my first dip into Polish cuisine, and it was a pretty solid introduction. Let's get into it... Ambiance - This is a food truck. Ambiance doesn't really get consideration as it was parked outside of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Service - There wasn't much to speak to in the way of service. The lady who took my order was nice. Food - I ordered the meat pierogis which I believe had a minced pork inside. My order came with four pierogis and some sour cream to dip them in. My coworker got the mushroom and sauerkraut pierogis. We swapped a pierogi so we could try both and I must say I liked the mushroom and sauerkraut a lot more! It was very flavorful. The meat one was good too, but the meat didn't pack much flavor compared to the other one. Overall, it was a decent lunch. I expected the pierogis to have more crunch to them (like a gyoza or pot sticker), but they were very soft on the outside. I enjoyed them despite that surprise. Overall, this was a good first introduction to Polish cuisine. I would likely eat here again, but I would probably try something different next time. The meatloaf sandwich sounded interesting.
